From 2012-2015, I was the sole graphic and web designer for Batte Furniture. I built their website, in-store signage, designed their magazine and newspaper ads and ran their social media accounts. After 136 years of being in business the owner decided to retire, effectively ending the fourth-generation family business.
For over three years I got to work closely with the owners and help bring their branding to the level that their furniture and pieces were known for.
I would go to their showroom to take pictures and suggest signage placements, update tags and design mailers to go with holiday sales to send out. It was such a pleasure working with the Batte family I was so sorry when they decided to close. I've compiled a few of my favorite pieces over time that I got to create here.
