The meals were so good and so much fun to make, so much so we have already made our own version of a couple of the recipes that were sent to us. The best part of Purple Carrot is working with ingredients I would not normally seek out to use. I fell hard for this Garbanzo Farro Pilaf and Romesco Sauce, if I had a last meal it would definitely be it.
